*Please read the terms and conditions below thoroughly. Especially if you wish to buy commercial rights, which is an added 50%-100% of original price; and must be discussed with artist before commissioning.
Terms and conditions
1. All artwork commissioned still belongs to the artist, and the buyer has the rights to use for personal uses ONLY.2. Commercially used artwork will be discussed before agreeing to commission and will cost 50%-100% more of original cost.3. Payment will be upfront and via PayPal or Kofi and prices are specified in Canadian Dollars ($CAD). (If paying through PayPal, an email MUST be provided.)4. Artwork will be delivered through Google Drive link unless prior arrangements are made. (The artwork will be under the .png format.)5. The artist will NOT draw heavy NSFW, heavy gore, old people, mecha, complex armour, furries, or realistic style. (Animals are not my strong suit, but if it’s requested, I will do my best.)6. The artist WILL draw 1-3 subjects/characters in one artwork. Additional fees will be added with each subject/character. Each character will add to the cost depending on complexity. (Please see “PRICES” page for more info.)7. Gradient, solid color, or simple pattern backgrounds are free. All other backgrounds will be $10 or more depending on complexity.8. The artist WILL draw original characters, fanart and real people.9. The artist has the right to refuse any commission without needing to explain. (Though I probably will explain out of courtesy.)10. The commissions will be first come first served. And the commission will be completed within 1-4 weeks depending on the complexity and the number of other buyers in line. (I will give a notice if the artwork will take longer than the time promised.)11. The artist reserves the right to cancel or stop a commission due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour or inability to effectively communicate in English, or a breach of these terms and conditions.12. The buyer may not reproduce nor sell the artwork. The buyer cannot edit, alter or trace the artwork. The buyer cannot put the commission into an AI generator or sell the art as a NFT.13. The buyer must give the details of the artwork as best as they can. (Reference photos, Pinterest boards and Picrews are helpful!)14. If the artwork is complex, there will additional fees to the original commission price.15. Changes during the sketching process are free. Three small changes during the rest of the artwork are also free, after that additional fees will be added. (Small changes include color changes and little details in the lineart. It does NOT include entire changes to the pose or background.) Fees can be $2+ depending on the complexity of the requested changes. The buyer may NOT request changes after the approval of the final product.16. If the commission is time sensitive, please let the artist know. (I will try my best to complete the artwork in time.)17. The artist will give regular updates on the progress of the artwork. Progress photos will be given of the sketch, the flat colors, and so forth. (If the commissioned artwork is a sketch, progress photos will be given during the process.) The buyer has the right to request progress photos any time.18. The artwork can be displayed online by the buyer with proper credit to artist. (Like having the link to one of my social medias or my handle, @chloegraceartist, prominently on display.) Anything outside of personal use of the artwork must be discussed with the artist prior to the payment and agreement of commission.19. Under no circumstances may the buyer submit the artwork in any contest.20. The artwork will be signed/watermarked unless prior agreements are made.21. The buyer may use the artwork for local printing as long as it does not break the terms and conditions.22. The artist may not use the commission for promotional purposes unless otherwise discussed. The artist may sell prints of the commission with written agreement from the buyer.23. The buyer does NOT have the right to misuse the artist’s name or commission to ruin reputation of the artist.24. Refunds are NOT accepted once commission has been started.

Slight disclaimer: I’m an artist that continually tries to grow and learn. So my style and tools may change a bit from the examples, but I will always keep the quality.
